Are You Reaching Out To New Team Members?

Once a day, check the Organizational Summary section of your back office. This is the area where the names of new distributors who have recently joined your team appear (in your MLM, this section may go by a different name).

Arrange a three-way call with each new team member and their upline as soon as possible. Determine how interested they are in building a business. Make sure they know they are part of your team and that you are committed to providing all the training and support they’ll need to successfully start building a business and earning an income right away.

Fair warning here: no one on your team should ever be counted out. Everyone is different. Some will put the pedal to the metal right out of the gate. Others will not be quite so fast to start.

Remember the tale of the tortoise and the hare? Many times the people I was convinced would be rock stars did very little (or nothing), and those who were content to slow dance at first were doing the cha-cha months later!

The moral of the story?

Never prejudge.
