A Team Member Shares His Success Secret

One of my team members has a fantastic ability to connect many people with our company’s products. He achieves a near 100% “Getting to Yes” success rate by applying my teams “less-is-more” training protocol.

I asked him to share his personal success secret.

I hope you derive as much value from his response as I did!

Hi Gary,

To be honest, I just go about my normal daily routine and if I see an opportunity to introduce someone to the products I do just that. The key is to always be prepared when the opportunity presents itself.

I take my products and business cards everywhere I go. If you talk to any person long enough, they’ll eventually tell you about a health problem that our products are a perfect solution for. Once you know the problem, it’s easy to offer the solution.

I have about 100 people in my sights that are great candidates for our products. However, the timing has to be correct. None of these people have told me what their health problem is yet. I use patience. It’s only a matter of time.

For example, a young lady just moved in to the cubicle beside me where I work. It’s only a matter of time before I listen to her complain about a sore knee, bad back, headache, low energy, etc. Once I listen to her complain about something, I’m ready to offer up the solution. The opportunity will eventually present itself. It could be today, tomorrow, next week, three months from now – doesn’t matter. If I keep chipping away at every opportunity, I’m eventually going to have 1000 customers. Out of those 1000, some will want to be distributors. Once I’m there, that’s going to be a lot of cash flow.

As long as I’m always doing something to move my business ahead every single day, success is inevitable.

I couldn’t agree more!

Apply this “success is inevitable” mindset to your MLM today.
